Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about ApolloEMS

A quick introduction to availability, intended users, and the ePCR private beta.

Who is ApolloEMS designed for?

EMS organizations—especially small and growing agencies—that want connected scheduling, workforce, and operational tools.

Is ApolloEMS available now?

ApolloEMS is operating with its initial agency and preparing for controlled commercial onboarding. Contact us to discuss fit and timing.

Is the ePCR generally available?

No. Apollo ePCR is in private beta. Its current external use is an education environment for simulated training documentation, not live patient care.

Can agencies choose modules?

That is the planned commercial model. Agency requirements and enabled modules will be established during onboarding.

Does ApolloEMS replace every system an agency uses?

Not necessarily. The goal is to reduce fragmented administrative work while adopting modules in a controlled way that fits each agency.
