Who is ApolloEMS designed for?+
ApolloEMS is designed for EMS organizations that want to bring workforce, administrative, operational, dispatch, field, and clinical workflows into a more connected environment. The platform can support agencies with lean management teams as well as larger organizations seeking better visibility and fewer disconnected systems.
Is ApolloEMS available now?+
Yes. The core ApolloEMS platform is operational and available for agency implementation. Contact us to discuss your agency, the capabilities you need, and onboarding.
Is the ePCR generally available?+
Not yet. Apollo ePCR is in a private, training-only beta used for EMS education and simulated patient care documentation. It is not released for operational patient care, and the beta must not contain real patient information.
How does ApolloEMS protect our information?+
Only people on your active employee list can sign in, and every data request requires a login. Access rules are enforced by the database itself: employees can see and change only their own timecards, requests and pay records, and only supervisors can change schedules, employee records, payroll and settings. Idle office pages sign out automatically after 15 minutes. See the Security page for details.
Is ApolloEMS HIPAA compliant?+
The operational platform manages workforce and agency information such as schedules, timecards and payroll rather than patient records. Apollo ePCR, which will handle patient care documentation, is in a training-only beta, and HIPAA requirements are being evaluated as part of developing it for operational use. We are glad to discuss your agency’s requirements.
Can agencies choose modules?+
Yes. ApolloEMS is designed as a modular platform so an agency can implement the capabilities that fit its operation. Module selection and configuration can be established during onboarding.

ApolloEMS is designed to consolidate many of the workforce, administrative, operational, dispatch, field, and clinical workflows that are commonly spread across separate systems. The right implementation depends on each agency’s existing technology, requirements, and selected ApolloEMS modules.

No. ApolloEMS is designed for EMS organizations of different sizes. Smaller agencies can benefit significantly from consolidating work when management resources are stretched thin, while larger organizations can benefit from connected workflows, shared operational visibility, and centralized management across more people and resources.
